Meditation

Traditionally, meditation is a simple process to allow the awareness to move from the active and cluttered levels of thinking to the more silent and orderly levels of the mind. Its regular practice will cultivate the nervous system to function in a more coherent, calm and settled manner, resulting in greater clarity of mind and ability to concentrate, improved health, inner contentment and ultimately higher states of consciousness.
