Spinal Touch Therapy

Spinal Touch is a way of simply assessing a person’s posture in order to ascertain if there is any distortion occurring and then attempting to correct this using a very gentle treatment. It aims to bring the spine into mechanical balance through muscle relaxation, by lightly touching key areas of the spine in such a way that will redirect the inner energies of the body. This redirecting process causes the muscles to relax and gently pull the spine into its more natural position and so relieves the strain on the internal organs. Spinal Touch is primarily concerned with creating a healthy, balanced state on all levels. It can therefore help people with almost any condition.
