Inner Peace

Dr. Phil proclaimed the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.

So I looked around my house to see things I started and hadn’t finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Cardonay , a bole of Baileys, a butle of Kehuha, a pockage of Tim Toms , tha mainder of bot Prozic and Valum scriptins, the res of the Chesescke, some saltins an a bax a cholates.

My comments:

I can really relate to this and laugh a lot whenever I read it. After years of attempting to finish everything that I started, and not only the food and alcohol, I was still no closer to achieving inner peace or all of the things on my To Do List. I recognise the alcohol, food and other indulgences for the crutch that they were. Now, I find that healthy food, guided visualisations, breathing and staying connected to my inner guidance is my formula for achieving and maintaining peace.
