HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural therapy, using hypnosis to work with your subconscious mind to release old patterns and beliefs and replace them with new ways of thinking and behaving so that you can quickly become the way you want to be – successful, happy, feeling great!

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

When you have a disturbing thought or memory it triggers a disruption (blockage) in your body’s energy system which is experienced as physical or emotional pain.

EFT involves a simple process of tapping on stress relief points while you focus on what is disturbing you. This helps to release the blockage so that your body can come back into balance. Once your body is balanced you are no longer triggered in painful ways – the memory is still there but the emotional charge is gone.

It really is emotional freedom to let go of what has been troubling you!

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

NLP is a set of techniques which help you to understand and improve the relationship between how you think (neuro), how you communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic) and your patterns of behaviour and emotion (programmes).

NLP is based on the study of successful people and what they do in order to create that success. If they can do it – you can do it too! NLP provides simple, powerful methods for changing the way you think, feel, act and learn.

TIME LINE THERAPY

Time Line Therapy was created by Dr Tad James, a Master Trainer of NLP, Hypno-therapy and Time line Therapy. By going back in time and changing your perception of past events, you are able to see things from a different perspective and let go of old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. You can also use your timeline to set goals out in your future.
